frog software package provides tagger and parser for natural languages (runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install frog
frog is installed in your system.
Make ensure the frog package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep frog *
You will get with frog package name, version, architecture and description in a table
